Courtney has joined the Ray White Casino | Kyogle team in July 2025 as a Property Manager and Business Development Manager. Her passion and career in the real estate industry commenced in 2009 when she undertook a traineeship immediately after finishing school. 

With over 14 years experience, she has built a strong foundation across a variety of roles including reception, sales support, property management and departmental leadership. 

Before joining our team, Courtney served as a department head overseeing operations across three separate locations, demonstrating her ability to lead with both efficiency and care. In her current dual role as Property Manager and Business Development Manager, Courtney brings a wealth of knowledge, a commitment to client service, and a passion for helping property owners and tenants achieve positive outcomes. 

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, attending local community events, listening to true crime podcasts, reading and dancing.
