Costa Kaparos has been operating as a real estate agent in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney for close to 25 years, and opened Ray White Kingsford at the age of 26 with business partner Con Karatasas.  

This year, Costa celebrates his 17th year as Principal and Licensee in Charge of Ray White Kingsford.

Costa is the President of the Kingsford Chamber of Commerce and is very active in engaging with Randwick City Council and other governement bodies within Kingsford and Kensington in order to help his local community in this way.  

Ray White Kingsford frequently sponsors community sports teams, events and schools in an effort to give back to the local community. 

Costa works in both property management and selling residential and commercial real estate in Kingsford, Kensington and the surrounding suburbs. He holds sales records for properties in Kingsford and Kensington, and acts for homeowners and property developers alike.  

His business has grown through repeat business and client referrals due to his dedication to his clients.
