With 28 years of real estate experience in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, Costa Kaparos has built an extensive career across property management, residential and commercial sales, property development and investment real estate.

At just 26 years of age, Costa established Ray White Kingsford alongside business partner Con Karatasas. In 2026, he proudly celebrates 20 years as Principal and Licensee in Charge of Ray White Kingsford, having helped grow the business into one of the area’s established real estate agencies.

Today, Costa oversees a property management portfolio of approximately 1,400 properties across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. As Licensee in Charge, he remains actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the property management division, providing experienced oversight on tenancy matters, landlord representation, leasing, compliance, maintenance, dispute resolution and the management of complex property matters.

His 28 years of property management experience in the Eastern Suburbs provides Costa with an exceptional depth of local knowledge. Having worked through changing property cycles, evolving tenancy legislation and significant development throughout the region, he brings a highly experienced and practical approach to protecting his clients' investments and maximising their long-term returns.

In addition to property management, Costa has 20 years of extensive residential and commercial sales experience. He has represented homeowners, investors and property developers throughout Kingsford, Kensington and the surrounding Eastern Suburbs, successfully negotiating everything from residential homes and investment properties to commercial assets and development opportunities.

Throughout his sales career, Costa has achieved record sales results in Kingsford and Kensington, with much of his business generated through repeat clients, personal recommendations and referrals. His long-standing client relationships are a reflection of his hands-on approach, strong negotiating experience and commitment to remaining personally involved throughout the sales and management process.

Costa’s connection to the area extends well beyond real estate. As President of the Kingsford Chamber of Commerce, he works closely with Randwick City Council, government bodies, local businesses and community organisations, advocating for initiatives that support the continued growth and improvement of Kingsford and Kensington.

Giving back to the community is also an important part of Ray White Kingsford. The office regularly supports and sponsors local schools, sporting teams, community organisations and events, recognising the importance of supporting the community in which the business has operated for the past two decades.
