Chloe has a keen eye for efficiency and process, she has played a pivotal role in managing the administration and operational functions of the business. Her collaborative approach extends to working closely with Nick and David to enhance the office and sales marketing, and ensure compliance across the organisation. 

Chloe takes lead in our marketing efforts, developing captivating campaigns aimed at elevating our brand visibility, social media presence and creating print materials.

Having grown up locally, she relates easily to the community and is passionate about the local property market and the people that live here. She spent the first few years of her career as a Property Manager making her a natural people person who can work alongside a variety of personalities.
