From the early planning phase through to settlement, she collaborates closely with development teams and their appointed professionals to help ensure each project is delivered successfully. At the same time, she maintains strong relationships with purchasers, offering consistent communication, guidance, and support to create a seamless buying experience.

With property in her DNA, Chelsea comes from a family of developers and custom home builders, her passion for real estate is instinctive. Combining her industry knowledge with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), she brings both insight and professionalism to every transaction.
