Chad Milward

  • Business Development Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Chad is a seasoned professional when it comes to the property management sector. Originally from Bridgetown and part of a local Bridgetown family builder, he kicked off his career in the beautiful Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River region, working in property management before heading to Perth, where he became a licensee and ran a successful property management office. Eventually, he returned to the Southwest to work with Ray White Stocker Preston (once again), blending his extensive industry experience with a genuine passion for providing exceptional client service.

According to Chad, the real estate industry is dynamic, constantly evolving, and influenced by technology. However, he believes that the core focus should always be on old-fashioned customer service and building strong client relationships. Leading a team of property managers, his most rewarding aspect is creating positive outcomes through relationship building, continuous learning, meeting business goals, and making a positive impact.

To him, customer service means proactive and effective communication to understand and address clients' needs promptly and courteously. Sharing industry knowledge to provide accurate information and guidance, along with responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, ensures a positive client experience.

Outside the office, Chad enjoys the serene surroundings of Cowaramup, where he spends time walking his dogs on the local bush tracks, relaxing at the beach, and exploring nearby attractions.
