Caitlin brings a strong background in commercial banking and lending, having previously worked as a Business Analyst with Commonwealth Bank. Since transitioning into real estate in 2021, she has developed extensive experience supporting property transactions and now works within Ray White Broome's Commercial department.

As Commercial Executive Assistant to Nick Johnston, Caitlin provides exceptional support across commercial sales and leasing transactions. Working closely with landlords, tenants, settlement agents, contractors and clients, she plays a key role in coordinating transactions from initial listing through to lease commencement or settlement. With a strong focus on organisation, compliance and communication, Caitlin helps ensure every transaction progresses efficiently and seamlessly. Known for her professional yet approachable manner, she is committed to delivering outstanding service and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for all parties involved.

Having moved to Broome with her husband and their cherished fur baby, Caitlin quickly fell in love with the unique lifestyle. She has since made Broome her permanent home, even building her first home here, further strengthening her connection to the local community and the Kimberley region.
