Caroline’s real estate journey began in 2016, when she undertook work experience at a small family agency. Inspired by the energy and dedication of the team she worked with, she quickly found her passion for the industry. That early exposure led to a part-time contract straight out of school, where she balanced work, study, and customer service - building the strong work ethic and people-first approach that define her today.

Now an integral part of Ray White Erskineville, Caroline thrives in the vibrant Inner West. She loves the community’s energy, diversity and culture, everything from the people and local homes to the incredible food scene. It’s an area she’s proud to work in and represent.
