Born in the Territory Carly has spent most the last decade living in Cairns. Despite her years in Queensland her sentiment for home has never wavered, moving back to Darwin at the end of 2015.

Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her partner and his family, engaging in outdoors activities such a camping and fishing. When at home Carly likes to indulge in her creative side with charcoal stick and pencil on the canvas or a spatula in the kitchen.

Carly’s has always worked in the real estate industry, having held a part time position at an agency while completing her final two years in high school and moving into a full time position following her graduation. With experience at two different agencies, she is practiced in both a range of markets and working with a diverse client databases.

Feeling that working with people is one of the best parts of the job, Carly is well suited to property management and the personalised communications the position requires. This also factors into her ability to deal not just with individual people but families and taking into account their specific needs. “We all need a place to live, and being able to provide this to people is a great feeling”.

Starting her entry into the industry at such a young age Carly has a unique perspective on how to tackle her role as well as how to deal with many situations. With her gentle nature and strong determined work ethic, she maintains positivity and happiness to anyone she deals with during her working day.
