When it comes to property management on the Central Coast, there are few people with quite as much depth of experience and relationships than Carley Eder.

Carley started in real estate over 15 years ago. She started in a receptionist role, moved into a sales capacity and then found her true passion in property management.

She worked her way from a portfolio of 150 to eventually becoming team leader and head of department. Under Carley’s leadership were over 1800 managements, 20 staff and 6 different offices.

While her career has grown to impressive heights over those years, her real love is in dealing with her clients and personally offering them an exceptional experience. Carley is proud to have meaningful and genuine relationships with so many landlords around the region. Her recent move to Ray White was based upon being able to foster those relationship and customise the service to each individual.

On a personal note, Carley has lived on the central coast for over 25 years and lives locally with her family. She has an investment property herself, and a deep understanding of the area.
