In her role as Finance & HR Operations Manager, Callie works closely with our Principals and team members on a day-to-day basis to support the smooth running of the operational finance, HR and administration functions across the business.

With an extensive real estate background and strengths across administration, operations and communication, Callie effortlessly manages a broad and varied role while helping keep the team organised, supported and running efficiently.
