With over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, Brooke brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership experience and a genuine passion for property management to the Ray White Caloundra team.

Beginning her real estate career as a receptionist on the Sunshine Coast in 2012, Brooke quickly developed a passion for the industry and worked her way through the ranks of property management into senior leadership roles within the Ray White network.

Having managed and supported large property management teams, Brooke understands the importance of strong communication, building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Brooke believes that communication is paramount to successful property management and prides herself on her approachable nature, attention to detail and ability to find practical solutions. She is equally passionate about mentoring and developing her team, creating a supportive environment where staff can grow and clients can feel confident their investments are in capable hands.

Returning to the Sunshine Coast, where her real estate career first began, Brooke is excited to bring her experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to Ray White Caloundra.

Outside of work, Brooke's biggest passion is horses. Having ridden since the age of four, she spends much of her spare time with her horses and dog or travelling throughout Queensland competing in equestrian events.
