Drawing on a career launched in 2008 across Property Management and Business Development, Bridget Daly leverages her deep understanding of local rental market dynamics and investor needs in her role as the Department Manager for New Business at Ray White Cranbourne.

Under her leadership, the  department has achieved significant momentum, including being recognised as Victorian PM Agency of the Year at the Rate My Agent awards and securing the Number 1 position in the network for Revenue across Victoria and Tasmania.

Bridget guides the team's strategy by enforcing a focus on key core areas to cultivate deeper market knowledge—a principle she champions as, "When the team wins everyone wins".

Her overarching focus for the team always comes back to knowledge and communication. Ensuring the team holds an  in-depth understanding of the needs and aspirations of property owners and renters, Bridget's ultimate objective is to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for all clients, confirming that their assets are managed with the highest level of care.

Outside of work, Bridget finds joy in spending quality time with her friends and family, usually over good food.
