Brett was born in Brisbane and has spent most of his life growing up in Samford Valley. Brett can answer everything you need to know about the area that he has called home for over 40 years. He and his wife Lauren and their 2 children are proud to be a part of this amazing and friendly community.
Brett began his career in 2003 at Ray White Samford as a cadet, and like any new career it took some getting used to. Brett had some big shoes to fill by following in his father’s footsteps - Tony Crompton was the leading agent at the time. Brett had a goal to become the number 1 agent in Samford and in the shortest timeframe possible.
In 2010, 2011 & 2013, Brett was recognised in the top 5% internationally for sales in the Ray White Group. Brett was awarded an Elite Performer, climbing to the Top 2% internationally for sales in the Ray White Group.
Since the start of his career Brett has built and maintained a reputation among power-player clientele, including professional athletes, celebrities, TV personnel, well known musicians and high-ranking business officials, establishing access to a diverse group of contacts.
Brett’s Real Estate experience is unmatched by his competitors, and his enthusiastic and honest approach is why so many of his clients are return customers.
