In mid-2025, Ben joined the Ray White Young, Harden and Boorowa team as a Property Associate within the Property Management division. He was drawn to the Ray White Young family by their strong reputation for excellence, professionalism, and commitment to client satisfaction.

Ben is no stranger to the real estate industry, having previously found success as a sales agent. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Canberra, where he majored in Media and Multimedia. During and after his studies, Ben gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry, even playing a key role in launching a family-owned hospitality business. He later transitioned into a management and team leadership role in sales, which sparked his passion for real estate. Determined to pursue this passion, Ben retrained during the COVID-19 pandemic and began his career in property in 2020.

Ben has navigated the challenges of living with epilepsy throughout his adult life. In 2021, he made the difficult decision to pause his career to focus on his health and wellbeing, ultimately undergoing successful brain surgery in mid-2023. Since then, he has steadily returned to work, attributing much of his recovery to the unwavering support of his resilient wife, Brooke, and their two young daughters. Ben is deeply committed to raising awareness about epilepsy and now serves as a trusted advocate and sounding board for others facing similar challenges.
