Co-founding what was then Ray White Belconnen in March 2010 is one of the best decisions Ben ever made. The ability and freedom to craft a culture and set of values of which Ben and his co-Director Scott Jackson are immensely proud of has been their greatest professional achievement to date. They have successfully provided a vehicle for their teams to pursue their own careers, as well as forming the foundation for lifelong friendships.
Ben and the broader Ray White Canberra team have sold, rented and financed many thousands of homes, and done it all with an unrelenting focus on the customer experience.

After a brief career at Macquarie Bank, Ben joined the Ray White Canberra team as General Manager. 12-months later he founded the Belconnen office with his partners, later becoming the major partner of the entire Canberra business.
Ben loved his early years in real estate when he was actively working with buyers and sellers on a daily basis. Ben still enjoys being ‘on the tools’, but even more than his true bread and butter, he’s enjoyed growing the Ray White Canberra business from 3 to over 60, and helping guide some of the best real estate agents in the ACT.
Ben is known for his immense passion for real estate and personal drive, a genuine desire to help other people, and a willingness to work hard. He has learnt that real estate is a unique industry full of opportunity. The Ray White Canberra business has been built to harness all those factors into a vehicle which delivers the best possible experience for the team, and that they in turn, will move heaven and earth for their clients.
