Born and raised in Australia, Ava has developed a strong appreciation for both urban and remote environments through travel to destinations including Uluru, Sri Lanka, and Japan. Coming from a close-knit family with four brothers and a beloved groodle, Freddy, she values connection, teamwork, and community.

Ava completed her VCE at Wesley College, Glen Waverley, where she was involved in numerous co-curricular activities. She is passionate about building a successful career in the industry.

With experience in retail and hospitality, Ava brings strong communication skills, a solid work ethic, and a positive, team-oriented approach. Outside of work, she enjoys music, skiing, and travelling with friends and family.
