With over a decade of experience in retail sales and management, Annika brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Sales Associate and Campaign Manager at Ray White Salisbury.

Her career began with the Zorich Group, where she progressed from Retail Manager to Marketing Assistant at head office, developing strong foundations in marketing, social media management and customer engagement while delivering successful campaigns and building lasting client relationships.

Over the past two years, Annika has further expanded her expertise through Campaign Management, Operations Management and Office Management within the real estate industry. Working behind the scenes across every stage of the sales process—from listing preparation and marketing through to contracts, compliance and settlement—has given her a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to deliver a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers.

This end-to-end knowledge allows Annika to confidently support her clients as a Sales Associate, ensuring every detail is managed with professionalism, clear communication and exceptional service.
