Annabel enjoys managing the day-to-day operations of rental properties, conducting routine inspections, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining clear communication with both rental providers and renters. She takes pride in ensuring every property is well cared for and every client feels informed and supported throughout the management process.

Annabel has been working in the real estate industry for two and a half years, with her career beginning in Darwin as a Sales Administrator, where I developed a strong foundation in customer service and the real estate industry. After gaining valuable experience in sales, Annabel transitioned into property management, where she found a passion for building lasting relationships and helping clients achieve the best outcomes for their investments.

Her background in sales administration has equipped Annabel with strong communication, time management and relationship-building skills, which she applies every day in her role. Annabel is known for being organised, approachable and committed to providing clear, consistent communication.

Originally from Stawell, she relocated to Ballarat in 2018 and also spent a year living and working in Darwin. Annabel loves being part of Ballarat's growing community and enjoy's working within it's diverse property market. The region offers a fantastic balance of lifestyle and opportunity, making it a great place to live and invest.
