Anita first joined Ray White Stocker Preston in 1999, later working at our Cowaramup branch from 2013 to 2018, before rejoining in Margaret River in 2022.
For Anita, working in real estate is a privilege, as she's part of one of the largest financial decisions in people's lives. She loves the chance to build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. Whether it's coordinating maintenance to keep properties in top shape, or assisting tenants in finding a new home, Anita finds real fulfilment in her role.
Her customer service philosophy centres on accountability and effective communication, which she considers her 'A-Game'. She believes in following through and staying connected with clients at every step.
Outside the office, Anita enjoys exploring the local outdoors, whether bushwalking, fishing or enjoying a glass of wine in the garden. A true local, she attended Cowaramup Primary School, Margaret River High School and Busselton Senior High School, and her family remains rooted in the area.
