Amber Roberts commenced her Property Management career 23 years ago on the Gold Coast working for a well known family owned company and then progressing to managing a large Property Management division for a Ray White office in Brisbane.

After purchasing a home on the Gold Coast, Amber was then heading up a Property Management department that managed multiple properties for interstate investors, encompassing commercial and body corporate management. With many years experience in all aspects of Property Management, Amber joined Ray White Surfers Paradise Group as General Manager/ Team Manager in September 2013 and since then has lead the team to be the Number 1 Ray White Property Management Office in QLD for 5 years consecutively and in 2018 and 2022 was named the International Property Management office for the Ray White Group. 

In 2021, Amber also became the head of our commercial property management division for the group and continues to grow this team to again become an award wining department. 

With a proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships across her property management team, clients and contractors, Amber has become a valuable member of Ray White Bell Group. Amber’s communication skills and business and financial acumen are outstanding and she has developed and implemented integral procedures enabling our Property Management division to offer its clients a high level of skill and attention to detail. Amber is an integral part of training and managing staff new to the industry. Amber’s friendly and approachable nature, energy, professionalism and passion for the industry ensures efficient operation of the Property Management division.
