She is focused on the results and does not waste time on idle unproductive chatter.
She is energetic, committed and has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task she undertakes. Amber demonstrates her ability to work under intense pressure and retain her composure, just working to get a solution.

When she steps away from the office Amber likes to spend time with her expanding plant menagerie, swimming every day and going on adventures.
