With a Bachelor's degree in Business & Management (Property) and a Certificate IV in Real Estate, Alyse has a comprehensive understanding of the industry. 

Alyse manages the day-to-day operations of project listings, overseeing marketing and administration to ensure smooth and efficient progress. Her meticulous attention to detail shines through in coordinating events, marketing strategies, as well as social and digital campaigns.

Alyse is responsible for processing contracts and all associated documentation, facilitating settlements, and providing buyers with regular construction updates. In the 24/25 financial year she processed 166 Contracts of Sale and facilitated 121 project sales settlements (OTP, H&L or Land). Her strong communication skills ensure that all parties remain informed and engaged throughout the process.
