About Allister...

Director/Agency Principal, Allister Millican, has really hit the ground running after a very long and established career across, sales, sales and executive leadership across Australia's marquee corporations; he started the successful team at Ray White Maleny, because of his passion for real estate, and his local community

A warm, friendly communicator, Allister strongly believes in the relationship-building process that is the foundation for a long-term career in real estate. 

Highly motivated and goal-oriented Allister has quickly established himself in a new agency, that combined, has the brightest of futures ahead. He consistently secures exceptional outcomes for his clients, and nothing is ever too much trouble for him…he regularly goes above and beyond to achieve the optimum result.

Like the entire team at Ray White Maleny, Allister undergoes regular in-house and external training to enhance and improve his knowledge and skills; and to ensure he is kept up to date with the ever-evolving advances in technology, in addition to changes to industry legislation.  Given Allister's background in technology (having strategized, developed, and launched $1B+ platforms) you can expect a significant improvement on the "post and hope" digital methods of the past.

When not working Allister enjoys spending time with his family, his old LandCruiser, agricultural pursuits, property developments - all of which keep him fit, active, and busy.

Allister began Ray White Maleny on July 1st, 2021 after 20+ years across industrial products, and recently in the FMCG sector, with Woolworths and Endeavour Drinks; leading large teams to strategize, develop and launch technology propositions.  The advanced skills that Allister possesses across a number of key areas' significantly differentiates his offer in the local market.
