Joining the Ray White group in 2024 as a Property Manager, Alicia quickly established herself as a valuable team member. Her strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills saw her progress into a Senior role, where she focuses on delivering a high level of service and maintaining clear, proactive communication with both rental providers and renters.

Alicia’s passion is driven by a deep understanding of the property market and the needs of investors, vendors, purchasers, rental providers, and renters alike. Having been a tenant, a rental provider, and a homeowner herself, she appreciates the importance of having a knowledgeable and supportive agent who can navigate any situation efficiently and achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.

Outside of work, Alicia is a devoted family woman with three young children. She recently completed a renovation of her family home and loves spending time away with her family in their caravan, creating lasting memories.
