Energy, enthusiasm and first-class service have been the hallmarks of Alex’s career. Now working as Executive Assistant to Kristien Formosa at Ray White Phillip Island, Alex plays a key role in supporting the most successful selling team on the island.

Alex began her career with Ray White in 2018, starting in property management before progressing into sales, where she developed a strong understanding of the end-to-end real estate process. This experience has given her invaluable insight into both client needs and the operational demands of a high-performing sales business.

In her role as Executive Assistant, Alex is known for her organisation, reliability and proactive approach. She supports Kristien and the wider team by ensuring systems run smoothly, priorities are managed efficiently and clients receive a consistently high level of service.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with her partner and their two dogs, Penelope and Daisy.
