Alana has been an integral part of the Ray White Lara family since 2016, when she joined the team as an Assistant Property Manager. Through hard work and dedication, Alana was promoted to Property Manager and took pride in efficiently managing her own portfolio of clients. During her time in the role, she provided exceptional service, building meaningful relationships with clients while delivering clear and timely communication. As a result of her dedication and commitment, Alana was recognised as part of the Property Management Team of the Year VIC/TAS 2017–2018 and was a finalist in the Women in Real Estate Awards in 2019.

Following the birth of her two beautiful daughters in 2019 and 2021 with her husband, Matthew Wade-Taylor, Alana spent time in a supportive role behind the scenes while enjoying the precious early years of motherhood during her maternity leave.

Upon returning, Alana stepped into a role within our Customer Care Department, where she continued to deliver her signature five-star service and consistently exceeded client expectations. Her contribution helped the team achieve Customer Care Team of the Year 2022–2023.

Alana has since transitioned into Sales, taking on the role of Sales Administrator for Matthew Wade-Taylor. Together, they have combined their strengths to create an even stronger team, focused on delivering exceptional service, seamless communication, and outstanding results for their clients throughout every stage of the property journey.

Outside of work, Alana loves spending time with her family and friends and especially enjoys creating lasting memories on holidays and caravan trips with her husband and daughters.
