His ancestor Thomas Ainsworth arrived on the NSW North Coast in 1847 as a shipwright — navigating the same coastal rivers and waterways that defined the region's earliest trade and settlement. Lake Ainsworth near Lennox Head bears the family name to this day. The water has always been in the blood.

Adam has spent decades in real estate — owning and managing agencies, operating at the top of the market with an energy and relentlessness that simply doesn't quit. With close to ten years working with Ray White, he understands the systems and infrastructure behind consistently successful sales outcomes, and brings a background in technology that ensures every listing performs at its peak across every digital channel.
