Having lived locally with his wife and three children for the past 15 years, Adam has an intimate knowledge of the local real estate market. With deep roots in the community, he is regularly called upon to MC community events and conduct auctions for local charities.
Adam has worked in the real estate industry since 2007 and has an enormous amount of sales experience across different market conditions. He has worked his entire career looking to exceed his clients' expectations.
Following a role as sales manager with Ray White Paddington, Adam joined the Ray White Queensland corporate office in 2012 as an auctioneer and trainer. During his tenure with the corporate office, Adam coached and trained thousands of Ray White business owners and salespeople across Australia and New Zealand. As Chief Performance Officer for the Ray White Group, Adam was responsible for innovating the Group’s training platform and implementing a performance management platform that is used across the entire Ray White Group today.
Adam has been recognised by the REIQ as one of Queensland's best auctioneers and is one of the countries most sought after real estate trainers.
Having recently purchased the Ray White Ashgrove business, Adam’s role as selling principal is an opportunity for him to provide world class knowledge, skills and most importantly service that will ensure his clients receive the very best result possible.
