For many clients, Abbey Grace Bird is the first conversation, the first smile and the first impression of the team. Having lived in the Camden Haven region since 2007, she brings nearly two decades of local knowledge and strong community connection to her role as Director of First Impressions.

Currently completing her Assistant Agent Certificate and working towards her Certificate IV in Real Estate, Abbey is building the foundations of a long-term career in property. She values fairness, honesty, and clear communication, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient from the outset.

Before entering real estate, Abbey spent over six years with Laurieton Seafoods and also worked as a cook at Laurieton United Services Club for nearly two years. These fast-paced roles strengthened her ability to manage competing priorities, communicate confidently, and remain composed under pressure.

Abbey has volunteered at the Stingray’s Seafood Festival and also supported the Laurieton Co-op fundraiser following the devastating Laurieton Seafoods fire in 2025, experiences that reflect her genuine commitment to the local community.

Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, travelling and continual learning, along with creative outlets such as painting, drawing, crocheting, and reading-a balance of energy and creativity she brings into her professional life each day.
