During his Business degree in New Zealand, Zion specialised in Accounting, building a foundation in accuracy, detail, and how to think strategically about business outcomes. After relocating to Australia, he continued to expand his skill set through a variety of roles—including work in the Kimberleys, scaffolding, Kia car sales, and now as a Sales Associate. Each step along the way has added to his knowledge and strengthened his ability to adapt, learn quickly, and stay focused on what matters: service, communication, and performance.
Property has always been close to Zion’s life. As a young person, his family was involved in “fixing and flipping” properties in Napier, New Zealand. That early exposure gave him insight into the real estate process long before he entered the industry professionally. It also sparked the ambition to build a long-term career in property, and today that vision continues to guide his approach and motivation.
