Currently there is 560 ha of canola and 560 Ha of wheat with the balance of the 1517 Ha of arable land fallowed. The fertilizer programme has seen 1 tonne of lime per hectare prior to cropping with the normal compounds applied with the crop.
The property is fenced into 4 paddocks with most of the boundary replaced recently. There are 10 dams of which 2 would be considered key dams. One of these is connected to the shed tanks for cropping. The shed is a near new 200 tonne capacity with concrete floor and walls as well as a concrete loading ramp. There are two 1550 bushel silos on a concrete pad as well as 3 by 150 bushel silos.
