Steve Mutton

Steve commenced his real estate career at the age of 20 in 1992 with Ray White, Coffs Harbour.  Within 18 months, Steve had achieved the accolade of No 1 Auction Lister/Seller in the group and ranked in the top 3 regional salesperson in NSW. 
 
With these and many other awards under his belt and combined with this energetic and enthusiastic approach, he joined the Ray White Corporate QLD team in the position of State Trainer. This role propelled his Real Estate Career at turbo speeds and within 12 months Steve and his wife opened their first of 6 Ray White offices on the Gold Coast.
 
From 1998 – 2009 Steve grew his team to over 100 salespeople and consistently ranked as a top performing business within the Ray White Group.

Steve has also spent over 7 years at another international real estate franchise group with the last 2 years in the position of General Manager – Franchise Network. Steve managed the network of almost 400 offices including residential, commercial and strategic growth teams.
In 2024 Steve returned to the Ray White Group as principal of Ray White Robina with Scott and Grant Burgess. 

Steve’s passion is in developing people to achieve their peak performance. As a longtime Gold Coast local Steve has seen all market trends and his knowledge of residential, commercial, project marketing and property management is second to none.
