Stephen Nell

Stephen Nell has been a part of the White Group of companies for over 30 years, currently as the Director for Ray White Rural and Livestock. 

Stephen commenced his real estate career in his hometown in the central west of New South Wales in 1982 and operated Ray White Orange from 1988. Stephen took over the role of CEO- NSW for Ray White in 2006. 

Under Stephen’s leadership, the network grew from 100 businesses at that time to over 270 offices spanning the width and breadth of the state; servicing residential, commercial, rural and livestock industries. 

In 2016, Stephen was offered an opportunity to partner with the White Family in the development and growth of the Ray White Rural and Livestock channel of the business. Giving him an opportunity to work in the space that he is truly passionate about, rural property and livestock and with our country members that he is so fond of. 

Since taking over the reins of the Rural and Livestock business, the network has grown year on year and last year had its best year on record, out performing previous results and most importantly, selling more rural property than any other company in Australia. 

Stephen draw’s on his experience in providing leadership, guidance and practical assistance in both the profitable running of an office and the successful sale of properties and livestock. 

Stephen is a licensed real estate agent, stock and station agent, business agent and to this day calls auctions on a weekly basis, and is comfortable in saying he has ticked over the 20,000 mark.
