Sheldon Duggan (formerly Talbot) brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, with the past few years focused primarily on commercial and rural lifestyle properties. She brings a thoughtful, hands-on, and genuinely client-centred approach to the industry, recognising that property management is about more than overseeing assets it is about building lasting, trusting relationships with the people who entrust her with their investments.

Currently serving as Licensee of the rental department, Sheldon holds both a Class 1 Real Estate Licence and a Class 1 Stock & Station Agent licence. These qualifications reflect her ongoing commitment to delivering service that is not only professional and compliant, but also honest, transparent, and tailored to each client’s needs.

Sheldon began her real estate career in 2006 with the very agency she is proud to be part of once again today. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience working with leading agencies across the Hawkesbury and Hills Districts, further refining her skills and deepening her understanding of what landlords truly value: clear communication, proactive support, and genuine peace of mind. Equally, she approaches tenant relationships with empathy and respect, firmly believing that positive, balanced relationships benefit everyone involved.

Sheldon is also a qualified Justice of the Peace (JP) and finds great fulfilment in contributing to her local community whenever possible.
