Sarah began her real estate career as a Sales Administrator, where she quickly discovered a genuine passion for the industry. After obtaining her Unrestricted Registration, she found herself drawn to Property Management and went on to gain several years of valuable hands-on experience across the sector.

In 2024, Sarah returned to the beautiful town of Broome with her husband and three children, excited to continue building her career in real estate. With a strong passion for both property management and client service, she thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys the variety and challenges that the industry brings.

After spending time in Broome immersing herself in the business and building strong relationships with the teams across all offices, Sarah is now preparing to return to Perth to take on the role of Head of Property Management for Ray White Broome, Derby and Port Hedland.

Sarah is passionate about developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional client experiences, and driving continual improvement across the department. She takes great pride in the diverse nature of her role while staying closely connected to the ever-evolving real estate industry and the people at the heart of it.
