Sam Thomas brings a unique blend of experience, professionalism, and warmth to her role as Leasing Officer within our rental team. Born and raised locally, Sam returned to Gladstone 12 years ago and is proud to be part of the community. 

With a career in real estate that began in 2022, she has worked across both sales administration and rentals, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the industry.

Before stepping into real estate, Sam spent 18 years in the hospitality industry, along with time in administration and customer sales - all of which have sharpened her attention to detail and passion for exceptional service. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, further adding to her depth of knowledge and professionalism.
