A new era for Real Estate of Origin

We’ve heard your calls and listened to your feedback, so we’re levelling the playing field. This year, sales agents can't rely on their teams to make calls under their name; instead, they'll be competing against them. It’s a chance for the young guns to have their moment in the sun, while lead agents get to prove they've still got the smarts to lead the pack.

To support this shift to agents vs associates, we’re making a simple change to how we track your hard work:

  • Log it in NurtureCloud: All sales appraisals must be logged through NurtureCloud to count
  • Credit where it's due: We’re dropping the old "lead agent" attribution. Points for leaderboards and appraisals will now be attributed to the person who actually completes the task, not just the person who "owns" the data

Whether you’re an associate ready to see your name in lights or a lead agent showing everyone how it’s done, we're excited to see that bravery and determination in action. We'll be sharing more details on the final leaderboard mechanics in the coming weeks.
