Rachel’s career progression within Ray White AKG reflects her adaptability, drive, and eagerness to grow, having started as a Asset Manager, then moving into the role of Investment Management Associate, and now stepping confidently into the Accounts department.

In her role as Asset Manager, Rachel built a strong foundation in client relationships, property operations, and day-to-day management, drawing on her customer service background to deliver a positive experience for both landlords and tenants. Her transition into the Investment Management Associate role saw her work alongside our award-winning Business Development team, where she continued to thrive, leveraging her interpersonal strengths and expanding her understanding of portfolio growth and client onboarding.

Now, in her current position within the Accounts team, Rachel is focused on deepening her knowledge of the financial and operational aspects of real estate. From trust accounting to rent roll administration and compliance, she is embracing the opportunity to broaden her skillset and contribute to the business from a new perspective.
