Natalie Hortz is Head of Organisational Development at Ray White Group, where she has worked for 10 years. She oversees programs that support employee development and organisational capability across Australasia's largest real estate network.
Natalie established Ray White's Together Wellbeing Program, which has trained over 100 mental health first aiders, and developed the Growth and Leading People initiatives for emerging talent and managers at Ray White corporate. She works closely with the executive team on strategic projects and stakeholder engagement.
Natalie co-founded and chairs Leading Ladies of Real Estate, an industry community that has welcomed over 1,500 women across eight cities (Australia and New Zealand) over the last five years. The initiative addresses underrepresentation in real estate leadership through networking events, career development programs, and financial literacy workshops.
Natalie also serves on A Home for All Foundation's Advisory Committee. A Home for All Foundation is an industry movement to drive awareness, raise funds and build long-term change for people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. In its first 3 months, the foundation (through the industry) raised over $1 million, $50,000 of which was driven through Ray White fundraising efforts.
