Andrew Crowell is the Head of High Performance, Wellbeing and Culture at Ray White, where he works across the network to support sustainable performance, strong leadership and healthy, high-trust workplace cultures.
Andrew brings more than two decades of experience from elite sport and high-performance environments. A former AFL player, he spent nine years at the Brisbane Lions in Personal Excellence and Wellbeing, playing a key role in the club’s transformation into a premiership organisation and destination club for players, staff, and families.
Drawing on his experience in elite sport, leadership, and organisational culture, Andrew specialises in translating high-performance principles into practical strategies that help people and organisations thrive - balancing care, clarity and performance.
