Pam Thomas is our very first Chairman's Elite for Ray White Maroochydore. The Chairman's elite recognition level is the highest within the Ray White Group, honouring less than 1% of Ray White Agents nationally. This is something Pam is incredibly proud to have been awarded.
Pam’s real estate career began in 2015 with Ray White Maroochydore. Prior to real estate, Pam mentored teams across various industries at local, state and national levels. As a Cert 1V trainer, she conducted sales training across the country in the car industry and she believes this experience has helped her to establish her outstanding track record in real estate.
Pam's passion for real estate started early in life and she has been investing in businesses and property for over 45 years. With managing her own local investment portfolio she is well equipped to advise on what to look for in a property so you can achieve the maximum capital growth. It has also made her appreciate the value of an exceptional agent when selling.

Pam is living her dream! That is living on the Sunshine Coast with family all around and working in real estate. When not at work you will find her walking, doing pilates, stand up paddle boarding around our beautiful coastline or meeting with friends at the Maroochydore Surf Club. Pam is now also a proud member of the Maroochydore Rugby Club and Surf Club.
