Glengowan is the oldest Angus stud in the Bathurst area of NSW and remains a family run business.

This year we celebrate 85 years of breeding commercial Angus and 59 years of stud breeding.

During this time, we have been focused on our breeding objectives and also to our approach to our clients, which has remained steadfast through several generations.

We believe that Angus cattle should be practical and profitable with strong constitutions, proven bloodlines, good temperaments and the ability to adapt to a variety of environments.

We expect our bulls to live a long and productive life, have high conception rates and to produce top weaners. We constantly monitor and assess this within our own commercial enterprise.
