Noeleen came from Ireland in 1990. Established herself in the Northern Suburbs. Working 5 years at the Whittlesea council, 35 years for legal firms & raising 3 children (& now 3 grandchildren) makes her overqualified in running this office.
The front desk is the engine room. The keeper of all information, the wearer of many hats; sales receptionist, assistant property manager, accounts, hall pass monitor, protector, disciplinarian, enforcer of policy, responsible for all first impressions, den mother, a carer, compassionate, empathetic all rolled into one.
