After nearly a decade of elite performance within the network, Schultz is transitioning from leading agent to business owner, bringing a dynamic, high-energy approach to the local market.
Schultz said he had never really been interested in business ownership, but after a highly successful seven-year tenure at Ray White Port Adelaide, he decided to take the leap.
"I always loved listing and selling and never really considered business ownership initially," Schultz said.
“However, as I built my team, I realized I wanted a new challenge to keep growing as a person.”

Launching with a tight-knit team of five, including agents Rocco Monteleone and Bianca Nazzaro, co-agent Asher Le Quesne, and Schultz’s sister, Rayme Truong as office manager, the new office aims to bring a fresh approach to the community.
"Our team is energetic with a very strong work ethic and we are highly focused on achieving the best results for our clients,” Schultz said.
“We want to build a business based on integrity, and we pride ourselves in our honesty and excellent communication skills.”
Over the next 12 months, the team’s primary focus will be building strong local market share, and cementing deep roots within the community.
