Turning up the heat on the autumn market, the event secured a sensational 87.5 per cent clearance rate, generating a massive $13,750,000 in total sales value.

The May 27 event saw 14 out of 16 properties successfully sell under the hammer, driven by a wave of motivated buyers.

Intense competition was the theme of the night, with 37 registered bidders aggressively competing, forcing multiple property prices well past their reserves.

The crown jewel of the auction was the luxury residence at 6 Rupicola Court, Hillside, which ignited a fierce bidding war before finally selling for a spectacular $3,050,000, claiming the top sale of the event.

Ray White Taylors Lakes principal Peter Travlos said the blockbuster results are a direct reflection of both the team’s elite execution and a highly resilient pocket of buyer demand.

“An 87.5 per cent clearance rate in the current climate is an outstanding achievement by the entire team,” Mr Travlos said.

“To comfortably exceed an 80 per cent success rate across 16 properties shows that our strategic marketing campaigns are hitting the mark.

“Buyers aren't just sitting on their hands - they are turning up ready to raise their paddles for quality real estate.”

The volume of engagement caught the eye of market onlookers, with multiple auctions throughout the night attracting more than three active bidders - a key metric indicating healthy, sustainable market competition, Mr Travlos said.
