Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory CEO Matthew Lindblom (pictured above) congratulated everyone in the room on all of their hard work throughout the 2025-26 recognition year.

“We have over 800 in attendance tonight and it's great to have you all here together, with so much talent, ambition and energy in the room,” Mr Lindblom said.

“Well, what a year, setting a new record and benchmark yet again for SA/NT, with a sales value of $7.64 billion up from $6.2 billion the previous year.

“However, probably the most important number is volume sold, at 8,862 properties, up by close to 10 per cent from 24/25.

“This increased our market share even further as we moved closer towards selling 1 in 4 properties, along with your opportunities and increased relevance to all your core markets.

“Property management continues to thrive, with 28 SA/NT businesses having double digit net growth last year, as we achieved our goal of 15,000 properties under management.

“As we navigate a change in the market, this presents the greatest opportunity for all of us: it’s a time when clients look to the strongest brands and most experienced real estate teams to give them the confidence they are seeking in achieving their desired outcome.

“I’d like to close by acknowledging we are all custodians of the Ray White group, so let's continue to thrive together on this momentous journey we’re on.

“I look forward to presenting to many deserved award winners here up on stage, and you should all feel proud of what you, your colleagues and loved ones have accomplished.”

The coveted CEO’s Cup is for those outstanding individuals who have made a significant contribution to the group. This year the CEO Cup went to a trio of recipients, Ray White Glenelg | Brighton’s Justin Kurenda, Adam Keane and Jed Redden (Adam and Justin pictured above).

“This award goes to principals who have been on a journey together over many years now, riding the highs and the challenges that real estate brings. They have been building something special for some time, and it’s great to see the momentum they now have,” Mr Lindblom said.

“It has certainly been a team effort, as they learn and stay committed to a path of continuous improvement, each and every day.

“They know there is still so much work to do, ambitious goals to achieve, more growth to come and hurdles to elevate above, but this will certainly not get in their way.

“They have charted new paths along the way, with courage and conviction, where the fruits of their labour, along with the associated investment and risks taken to get to this point, are now benefitting both their business and staff.

“It has been so pleasing to see these leaders mature, along with their team, with the structure and experience showing up in the numbers they produce every month now.”

Mr Kurenda said receiving the award was extremely humbling.

"We're heavily invested in Ray White, we believe in the brand, we love the people. We're just so fortunate to be part of this community,” he said.

“To our team, we're so proud of you. We are so proud of the business, this community, brand, the people that work for Ray White Glenelg. You guys have got us to where we are today. If it wasn't for you guys, we wouldn't be here.

“So, to all of you, everyone in this room, thank you and enjoy the night.”

Ray White Glenelg | Brighton, led by Justin Kurenda and Adam Keane, was awarded the Top Overall Office, the Top Metro Office.

It was a big night for Ray White Glenelg | Brighton with sales agent Jed Redden (pictured below with Dan White and Matt Lindblom) also taking out the award for Top Salesperson and Top Salesperson - Number of Sales, along with Jacob Kinsman, receiving the coveted Operations Manager of the year.

“I couldn't be more proud to be part of the Ray White group, and so fortunate to start my career here,” Mr Redden said.

“And now, to the White family and everyone involved with this brand, I'm super grateful, so thank you.

“To the most important person in my life, my wife, Belle - thank you so much for supporting me.

“Justin, Adam - I can't wait to be starting this business with you and can't wait to see what the next 35 years brings for us.

“And thank you to the rest of our team at Ray White Glenelg | Brighton, as well. There's one person up here, but there's a team behind them. So, thank you very much to everyone.

“I’m just super proud and really, damn grateful for what I get to do every day.”

The award for Top Regional Office went to Barossa Valley | Two Wells and the award for Top Principal went to Barossa Valley | Two Wells’ Jamie Wood, as well as the Top Individual Competition Creator.

Mr Wood (pictured above) thanked his business partner Darren Pratt, his team, his wife Natalie, and Dan White for all of their help and support with his achievement.

Ray White Grange was awarded the Top Office Competition Creator.

The Top Principal - Number of Sales went to Tahlia Gabrielli from Mt Gambier, who featured in the international rankings as well.

Property management featured strongly throughout the evening, with St Peters being awarded the Top Property Management Business along with Alessia Sotira receiving the Top Property Manager. Whilst, the hotly contested top BDM award went to Andrew Geppa, for his second year running.

Ray White is well known for so many long standing experienced members in the network, notably this year was Peter Kiritsis for his 30 years service to the group, along with Greg Cram who was honoured with Life Membership.
