A dominant force in the Upper North Shore’s luxury property market, Tim is particularly renowned across Wahroonga and Turramurra, where his success is underpinned by high-stakes negotiation skills and deep local expertise.
He holds suburb records in both Wahroonga and Turramurra, has achieved record prices across more than 29 individual streets, and set the benchmark for the highest auction sale ever recorded on the Upper North Shore.
Notably, Tim has orchestrated 60 per cent of all homes sold between Wahroonga and Turramurra in the $10 million+ category.
After 20 years of competing at the highest level, and having owned and operated his own agencies since the age of 21, Tim joins the team to leverage the infrastructure and high-performance culture that Ray White Upper North Shore is known for.
