Ray White Geraldton sales agents Henry Van Tiel and Brett Giles are marketing the blocks of land along Monument Promenade, Geraldton, which range in size from 202sqm to 270sqm.

The lots are priced between $219,000 and $260,000, offering a rare entry point into a premium waterfront revitalisation zone.

“The blocks are designed for two-to-three-storey residences,” Mr Van Tiel said.

“The zoning encourages sophisticated, high-density builds, allowing purchasers to maximise their footprint.”

Offers for these lots close at 5pm Western Standard Time, on 22 April 2026.

Mr Giles said as part of a key phase of DevelopmentWA’s Batavia Coast Marina Stage 2 development, the lots offer a “lock-up-and-leave” lifestyle which has been virtually non-existent in the local market for decades.

Station Square is a flagship project by DevelopmentWA, designed to integrate Geraldton’s urban core with its maritime heritage.

The Batavia Coast Marina will become a renowned waterfront revitalisation development, providing a vibrant mixed-use precinct defined by an eclectic mix of residential, retail, entertainment and commercial land uses.

When completed Batavia Coast Marina Stage 2 will provide a link connecting the CBD to the existing Marina and Northgate Shopping Centre, and facilitate an east-west link from the Western Australia Museum in Geraldton to the HMAS Sydney II memorial site.

“Since the soft launch just weeks ago, the market response has been overwhelming,” Mr Giles said.

“We have already fielded over 70 Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the 15 available lots, signaling a significant shift in local buyer appetite.”

Mr Van Tiel said the project fills a critical gap in the Geraldton property landscape.

“Most people in 'Gero' live on traditional big blocks, but there is a massive shortage of properties for those looking to downsize into something central,” Mr Van Tiel said.

“It’s been an ongoing project for five to six years to get to this point, and the result is a perfectly preserved link between the town and the water.

“We’ve had a huge influx of calls from owner-occupiers and downsizers wanting that inner-city lifestyle where they can walk to the markets or the marina.”

Ray White Geraldton is set to release several commercial sites within the same precinct, further cementing Station Square as the pre-eminent tourism and business hot spot of the mid-west region.
