With 35 years combined of local real estate prowess, now coupled with the strength of Australasia’s largest real estate brand, Belinda Lewin and Erin Cubley are set to take the Bacchus Marsh region to the next level.

The new Ray White Bacchus Marsh office has officially opened for business after the pair decided to join forces and combine their expertise across sales, property management, development and office operations.

“The support and strength that the Ray White brand offers was a huge drawcard for us,” Ms Lewin said.

“Having both operated in very small franchises for over 15 years each, we felt that we were ready to take our business to the next level; whether that be through marketing, training, support, technology and the brand strength in general.”

The urban centre of Bacchus Marsh, 45 minutes north west of Melbourne, is a family-orientated semi rural area with growing real estate potential including in the surrounding suburbs of Darley, Maddingly, Merrimu, Long Forrest, Hopetoun Park and Parwan.

Both Ms Lewin and Ms Cubley are born and raised in the region, and both now have families of their own, with their children attending the local schools. The pair are heavily involved in the local community, through the football club and horse riding club.

“It is a wonderful place to raise a family, and we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else,” Ms Cubley said.

“The region is commutable from Melbourne through the accessible and train network, but still provides an escape from the city and a rural lifestyle”

The area is characterised by a mix of housing, from suburban 400-500sqm residences to larger rural properties and acreage for farming. The area is known for its strawberry and cherry farms, as well as bigger family businesses, many of whom supply produce to supermarket giants such as Woolworths and Coles.

“There is an abundance of beautiful rural lifestyle property around here, as well as hobby farming and larger farming,” Ms Lewin said.

“We are looking to branch more into this space, and the rural capabilities of Ray White is another huge benefit to us and our clients.”

Over the next 12 months, the main goal for the duo is to increase their market share, build a strong rent roll and establish their new office as the go-to for all real estate requirements in the region.

“Our strategy in the past has simply been to provide fantastic service to our clients, who will continue choosing us to buy, list and sell, time and time again,” Ms Cubley said.

“We want to maintain and even exceed this level of service that we have become known for in our community.”

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Stephen Dullens congratulated Ms Cubley and Ms Lewin on opening Ray White Bacchus Marsh.

“We are incredibly proud that Belinda and Erin have chosen to join us”

“They are both fantastic operators and I personally am very excited to see what they and their team will achieve for their local community,” Mr Dullens said.

“Belinda and Erin bring genuine expertise and local knowledge to their market, and we look forward to supporting them as they continue to provide the best possible service to their customers. It’s fantastic to welcome them to the Ray White family.”
