It’s been a stellar year for chairman’s elite agent and new director of Ray White North Richmond, Cindy Cash.

Not only has she taken ownership of Ray White North Richmond with fellow director Di Tutty, she has also been named the top city salesperson in the Ray White New South Wales | ACT network. Ms Cash has also been recognised as the number three salesperson in the Ray White Group internationally and number two in Australia for 2021-22.

Ms Cash began in real estate as a receptionist with Ray White Kurrajong twenty years ago, later working her way up to sales to become a chairman’s elite agent within the group. This means she is part of the one per cent of top performers at Ray White.

She credits her success to her authenticity and said you have to be true to yourself to succeed.

“I’m very authentically me. My advice to upcoming agents is to be yourself, don’t be a carbon copy of someone else because you will never succeed,” she said.

“I am also a very determined person. I never give up no matter what and I’m not afraid to ask for support, I’ve got a great team who I trust completely.

“There’s also no shying away from the work you have to do either. There’s no excuse for not putting in the hard yards to succeed.”

Ms Cash has continued to go from strength to strength in her career and knows she’s found the right formula for success that resonates with her.

“If I just keep doing all the things I’m doing, I know I will feel successful because I’ve achieved something. For me, it’s not about money but about getting great results and making people happy,” she said.

“I started off as a PA and I got to the point where I needed more of a challenge, I then got the opportunity to go into sales and loved it.

“I then started to build a team, I love that team situation where we are all able to collaborate and do things together.

“Then I thought it would be nice to own my own business which I got the opportunity to do earlier this year. Now I’ve got people working for me whose careers I can help grow.

“We have a great culture and a good team so I just want to grow and improve on that.”

Ray White New South Wales | ACT CEO Andrew McCulloch congratulated Ms Cash on another outstanding year.

“It is so wonderful to see Cindy progress in her career from starting in administration to quickly progressing to our highest performing salesperson in the state and second in Australia and now to a principal,” he said.

Bridgette Collis, general manager of Ray White New South Wales | ACT echoed this, saying Ms Cash is an inspiration to women in the network.

“Cindy is incredibly inspirational and seen as a leading lady and mentor to many female agents in our network and industry both new to real estate through to other high performing agents,” she said.
